Aged nine months in old third- or fourth-use barrels to round its tannins, then at least five years in bottle before release.

The world’s highest Grenache vineyard, ungrafted (planted 2017-2018). Vinified in concrete eggs.
Beautifully pure cherry colour, a floral nose of rose and geranium, red fruits like strawberry and raspberry over the estate’s signature spice. Delicate, fresh and elegant, with a long finish carried by a lovely acidity.
